Worship brings us together into the presence of God, and it is not something we have to do because of necessity, but because it's overflowing in us and has to be released. It was never meant to entertain us, it's meant to captivate God; and when our worship is pleasing to God, God sends His presence to captivate us. True Worship is when our spirit connects with God's Spirit. He feels our presence and we feel His.
John 4:23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
We commit to reach out to our community with the saving, healing, delivering power of Jesus; as well as to our families, friends, and co-workers.
Mark 16:15 And He (Jesus) said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature".
First and foremost, to build a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is imperative.
Secondly, build relationships with other believers for support, encouragement, and fellowship.
Pv. 27:17 "As iron sharpens iron, So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend".
Last but not least, build relationships with others who don’t know Jesus, to be a light and salt into their lives.
It's God's will to teach and train others, so they can teach and train others in ministry. God's plan is to multiply the Kingdom, and that is how it's done. Though teaching, preaching, and endowment of the Holy Spirit, all believers can go from faith to faith and manifest the gifts of the Spirit in their lives to edify all.
Matt.38:18-20 “And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
We will be a positive influence in the community by our presence and service to them.
